pretty sure you won't do this using standard window parameters, so:
use a slab or wall to SEO out the oversize outer opening. should work

Purchase Dimensions Design Group D3 Smart Parts. Their doors and windows allow masonry openings, Brick sills, stone sill, etc etc. All updated and working nicely with AC 8.1.
