I'm trying to buy an upgrade for my ArchiForma 2 from AC10 to AC11, and it won't let me register because I had bought the previous version from a reseller, and you do not have my information in your database. Should I go back to the reseller and ask for the upgrade?

This shouldn't be a trouble at all: most of our users didn't buy from us (or from our e-store).
