Merging Fills and Slabs

is it possible to merge that two objects?

Uper is a slab, and lower is a fill...

The Fills of construction elements show "heal" even if they are from separate elements. See attached image.
However, this does not work between a Fill (drawn with the Fill Tool) and a Fill generated from a construction element. Only between Fills generated from Construction elements.
