Merging .mod files

Hiya,

I am working on a site plan which consists of several 'blocks' of units on an uneven surface. We tried hot-linking the individual blocks into the mother plan, but had trouble with the story settings and the roofs were coming in at the wrong level.

We discarded this method and I then tried to create .mod files of each block to then 'merge' into the main site model. This worked fine with the roofs, they sat on the buildings perfectly BUT there is now a problem with the ground floor walls. In each blocks .pln, the story levels of each unit (between 3-7 units per block) are different. This is causing a problem when the block is placed on the site as all the walls on the ground level of each unit disappear.

Has anyone had this before??! Pleaaaasssse help! Thanks,

Sam

but you can set the height for each blocks when it is placed via 'place hotlinked module'

it should be workable.
