I'm not sure if this is the "correct" way...but it's working for me (so far). This is what I had to make sure:
- I made sure the wall and slab had the
same
building material
- I made sure the joinery "slab" had a
different
building material
- The wall and slab have a solid grey fill because they are both on the "New" status, and the Renovation Filter has "New Elements" on an Override, which says any New element has a solid grey fill. In the Renovation Filter Graphic Override for New Elements the tick box for "Show Skin Separators" is
ticked
- The wall and slab have a thick black line determined by their object settings (0.35mm black solid line()
- The joinery "slab" outline, line type and fill colour is determined by a G.O. which says any "slab" object which is on "Joinery" layer has 0.05mm black solid outline and khaki fill
- I made sure in the Section Settings Model Display I had nothing next to "Uniform Pen for Cut Elements" and nothing next to "Uniform Pen for Uncut Elements"
