Model Complex Profile Intersections

I'm having trouble intersection complex profile walls in the 3D model.  As images show, they are intersections correctly in plan.  However, they are not intersection in model.  

Second issue is that some complex profile walls don't intersect in plan.  I've eyedroppered the two so they are the same height and placement in elevation...See attached.

  

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon 14.6.1 Sonoma

I've resolved the issue.  My structural engineer's model was causing a conflict with overlapping volumes.
