Live example: the company I work for has long standing and firm relationship with the local Nissan distributor; therefore I would love to have full Nissan range of cars, 4WDs and trucks. Has nothing to do with props - let's say, I am currently redesigning one of their workshop facilities. What is the shape and the size of a car or a truck, not to mention turning radiuses, does quite influence the design. It is not a prop, it is design data.
