Modeling using AC15 shell

Greetings, for those who have studied the Graphisoft videos on using the new Shell Tool; can this new tool be used to model warped and spiraling forms as shown in the attached image? If so I would be great to see the process demonstrated. This form was originally modeled in AC14 using Laszlo Nagy's faceted beam procedure with a custom profile wall.

With the Shell Tool you could now use the Ruled geometry method to model the segments instead of using Beams.
This is possible because the Profile Polygon of Ruled Shells can be rotated in its own plane. Also the Profile Polygon"s plane can be tilted so the planes can be made to be radial for example.

Hi, the new shell tool looks interesting, and timely for me now.

Does anyone know if it will allow me model this kind of structure?
Im keeping my fingers crossed it will....

Also , is there a demo available yet for AC15??

You may know this by now but yes. That would be very easy to model with ArchiCAD 15 Shells.

If its that easy would you mind showing an example of my roof form made with the shell tool. I would be very interested/impressed/suprised.
