Multi-Story Walls

I know I should be able to figure this out with the forum archive, but haven't solved it yet. I have a wall, the height of which traverses multiple stories. The bottom of the wall is set to 0", which is my home story. When I set the wall to show up on all relevant stories, it disappears on the home story!! It's driving me nuts. Please someone show me the simple switch to solve this problem.

-Be sure that it really should be in ground floor ( draw a section and check )
-check settings ( all relevant stories , projection and overhead , and check what is the home story (automatic-GF)
-check the Floor Plan Cut Plane settings.
that what I can think of right now , and for sure the best thing is to have a wall that works and compare !
