Navigator Palette Disapearing

My navigator palette vanishes whenever I click on the active window (floor plan, section, etc..). I have to go to the drop down menus to display it every time I need it. It's the only palette this happens to. Is there an option I can select?
I tried saving the palette preferences when navigator palette was displayed, repaired permissions and rebooted.
I have another machine with almost exact setup with no problem. Any help is appreciated.

Right-click anywhere in the gray space of the palette and uncheck "AutoHide Navigator"

Thanks, your my hero. Just curious, what is the usefulness of that?

I've used it on my laptop to save screen space. I had Ctrl-N mapped to show Navigator, the Auto-Hide closes it without me doing anything.
