New Independent Detail default scale

when i create a new independent detail, it defaults to a 1:100 scale which is a bit silly for a detail. is there a way i can change this so it opens at say 1:5 ?

The Detail's scale is determined by the current Plan scale, so you could set the Plan scale to the desired Detail scale before creating the new Detail.

You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
