Not being able to type in nubmers

Hello dear community. I have problem with typing in numbers. For example when i want to draw a line that has 1 cm and I type in 1 and nothing happens. The whole tab with writing numbers does not appear. It seams like the function of typing in has been blocked. Instead of that I noticed that nubers has been signed to other commands ( screenshot here ) 

I also tried changing shortcuts manualy but it still doesn't work. Nothing happens when I type in 1. 

Can you help me please? I have archicad 27 and the latest actualization and a function of sticky keys turned off.

Check the above settings at the work environment for the tracker to be enabled.
