Offset in Archicad 11

I have a big problem! I can't find offset function i new Archicad 11:( Pless Help me!

Window> Palettes> Control Box

The Control Box may be "compacted". Right click the box and select "extended".

As mentioned in another post, the coordinate and control palettes should ABSOLUTELY be on your screen by default. The tracker is no substitute.
