License Delivery maintenance is expected to occur on Saturday, November 30, between 8 AM and 11 AM CET. This may cause a short 3-hours outage in which license-related tasks: license key upload, download, update, SSA validation, access to the license pool and Graphisoft ID authentication may not function properly. We apologize for any inconvenience.

You can. There will be a number of "switching" concerns since a lot of the Archicad 9 section & detail markers do not reference correctly in AC10 and you will need to update the Layout Book to AC10 as well, which means making sure all the Pen Sets are functioning as you expect.

A word of warning: Any views placed in Plotmaker that had their layers overridden will revert to the layer settings in the View Set.

You should read through the following. It provides a lot of data about migrating AC9 Projects to AC10:

It's explained in detail in the link that Laszlo provided, as well as in the Archicad 10 New Features manual.
