Opening in a wall

After working with Architectural Desktop (now AutoCAD Architecture) since 1998, I have decide to learn ArchiCAD.
So far, it seems very easy, but I have a couple of newbie questions. For example: is there any tool to create an opening in a a wall?

In the door settings, Preview and Positioning tab select the Empty Opening option.
