Organizer Issues

1. There is a significant downgrading (huge delays) of 2D refresh on XP (panning and zooming) with NVIDIA 6 and 7 series when the organizer window is on.

2. This problem is related to UI clarity
It is impossible to print 'selected layouts in the navigator' when the organizer is on... I reckon it should be addressed for the sake of consistency:

a. disable the navigator when the organizer is on (virtually replacing the navigator with organizer) or

b. enable printing from the organizer as for the navigator
