I have 3 key drawings (stalls plan, balcony plan and long' section) from each file. From option 1 the drawings are numbered L(OP1)001, L(OP1)002 and L(OP1)010. For option 2 i changed the subset settings for the layouts so that the drawings would read L(OP2)001, etc and told publisher to dump the drawings in the same folder as for option 1.
Printed the PDFs but only drawing L(OP2)001 showed up.
I looked around for the other drawings, to no avail. I checked the path to make sure i'd sent the drawings to the right place. Tried printing the PDFs a couple of times... nothing.
Then I noticed L(OP1)002 had been overwritten by L(OP2)002. The file was still called L(OP1)002 just didn't have the right stuff in it. Same thing happened to L(OP1)010.
Q1. Why so fickle? I could cope if Archicad did it to all my drawings, that would be a straight bug, but to choose some and not others... it's toying with me.
Q2. How do i report a bug.

this doesn't help with publishing PDFs but only Printing PDFs but you could set your Amyuni PDF Converter Overwrite option to: "Confirm before overwriting" (it's under Destination tab in the properties) I think the default is "Overwrite without asking".

Thanks for the reply, I had almost given up on this one.
Unfortunately I use a Mac (in-built PDF writer) and don't think I can change the preferences as described. Also we write quite a large volume of PDFs and work on the principle that once publisher is correctly set they will simply overwrite the drawing that we have in our "virtual" drawing tank.
However this has become academic since the latest hotfix has bugged my publisher which now prints 0kB files. This is now logged as a bug, so hopefuly some little software engineer is working on a fix that'll sort both problems.
Thanks anyway.
