Have a look in your Archicad program folder and you should find a folder called "Graphisoft Shell Extension".
C:\Program Files\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD 18\GRAPHISOFT Shell Extension
Double click the "Register.bat" file that you will find in there.
This will briefly run a small command prompt window.
You may need to restart your machine but it should now register a PLN with Archicad.
