You can transfer Parameters through ArchiCAD's the Eye-dropper and Syringe tools.

The eye-dropper is activated by clicking the icon in the toolbar or with a keyboard shortcut (PC: holding down the ALT key; Mac: holding down the Option key).

The Syringe injects (PC: CTRL + ALT or MAC: CMD + OPT) those parameters into the target object.

I know the parameter transfer, but i want to transfer only attributes without changing the dimension of the final object...example, i have a window, 200x200cm with pen colors, line style, etc...and i want to transfer those parameter to another window 300x150cm....when i use the pick-up and inject method the 300x150 window change to 200x200...and thats not the result that i expected....i dont want the window change dimensions

I believe if you pick up the the parameters from source window, then highlight the window you want to transfer to, go to dialog box inject into it before doing anything else.
I think that will do it.

To achieve this, you must select the window you want to change, open the window selection setting, browse into your library. When you see the type of window you want to get, use the seringe over it, it works.
Strangely it will keep all the common parameters settings (a, b, but many common parameters like pen type…) in the selected window, and replace this type of window by the type you are targeting. It does not work correctly if the two objects belong to very different libraries (ex AC v7 and AC v13). The more different are the libraries the more weird is the result

hmm..nop....doesnt work....heres an example..i have 2 doors, door 1 and door 2...and i want to pick up the parameters from the door 1 and transfer to door 2, but i dont want the door 2 change the dimension...if i do that with pick up and inject the door 2 change exactly to door 1.....

It is not possible to pick and choose the parameters you would like to transfer - that would be nice though.

Having said that it is not impossible to do but only for transfering (or not transfering) parameters between different object in the objects settings dialogue box.
You cannot use this to transfer parameters on plan between objects.

You will have to edit and save your library parts.
Open the door (or any other part) and in the parameter list select the parameter you do not want to be altered and press the "U" button (I forget its proper name).
Save your object.
Now select the object you want the parameters of and open the object settings dialogue.
Find the object you want to stransfer to and CTRL-ALT click (inject) - don't just select it.
All parameters that are similar will transfer except those that you set not to.

I stress again this does not work in anything except the object settings dialogue and therefore does not work for different instances of the same object.
So not really the solution you are looking for but one worth knowing.
