But it does not exist in my menu. Is there a secret to enabling this?

Are you using a custom Work Environment.
If so then it may not be included in your menus - you can add it if you want to.
Or switch to a standard Work Environment.
In 18 I always had the Quick Option palette open and docked and accessed it from there.

And it is also in the Options Bar at the bottom of your Tab, along with all the other View Settings.
Nowadays, I do not even have the "Quick Options" Palette displayed because everything is accessible from the Options Bar.

David is using version 18 (I checked this in a post with him a few days ago), so his only option is the quick options palette.
