Not sure if everyone calls it the pet pallette, the box that follows your cursor around when you are editing an element with the drag, rotate etc icons in it.
When using 16 on the PC it seems that I am part way through editing an element (a fill for example) I click on for example the rotate icon, but it takes 2 or 3 clicks for it to register and be able to rotate, just defaults back to the previous command.
Anyone else having this problem?
