Placing houses on steep lots.

Hey i was wondering if anyone new the best approach when designing 2 houses on the one landscape. I.e how do you go about selecting stories on archiCad. The lot is on a very steep slope so the respective levels one each house is on a different height from zero height on the terrain.
Also if you design the terrain and design the house afterwards how do you put the house on the lot so it is on the correct height. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me with this issue.

One of the best ways to do this is to model your houses in seperate .pln 's and link them as modules. you will have to do this one story at a time but it won't take long. This method would allow you to cut sections through the site and buildings. If it is for presentation and renderings from a distance only you could save the buildings as objects and insert them. There have been a few other threads on this subject in the forum already.
