Printing AC help contents

I'd like to print the whole chapter on GDL Reference in the help menu. I can only select and print one page at a time. How can I print the whole chapter at once? I can't seem to do that.

Can you find the information you want to print in one of the PDF files in the Graphisoft Documentation folder within the ArchiCAD application folder?
