Problem with selecting objects in 3D

Hello!

I'm having problems with selecting objects in 3D. My quick selection tool is turned on, the objects are easily selected in all 2D views, I read multiple articles and followed all the advised steps... still not working. When in 3D the orbit tool is showing, the arrow tool does not even appear. I'll be really grateful for any help!

In 3D press right click then choose orbit to make it inactive then the arrow will appear.

Dont forget to have the magnet tool on, so that you can click and select on any surface
