Property Lines

Does anybody know a way to generate property lines with bearing & distance label attached. Many other CAD programs offer a method of quickly doing this. Has any one used AC for Civil Engeneering Apps. We do small residential developments (under 30 units) as well as architectural design. Wondering if AC has been used extensively to prepare site improvement drawings. We are considering purchasing Architerra. The possibilitys are exciting, 3D land models, Road sections Generated from the model, ect! Anyone seen any civil oriented objects, DI's, culverts, ect. Sorry that was more than one question.

There are quite a few civil engineers on this forum AFAIK.
For objects, check Objects Online (http://www.objectsonline.com/),
as one of the more comprehensive sites for GDL.
There objects/API's for generating survey bounderies there as well, some may be metric (NZ)
Check the archives for more references to "Survey"
