Stair connections and finishing problems

I wanted to build a stair like the one on the left but connection lines appear on the left beam, and the right beam is fine, For the stair I made I wanted a flight ramp with armed concrete so I tried to use a flight beam profile and I gave width to it, anything I do wrong! please let me know -
