Stair connections and finishing problems

I wanted to build a stair like the one on the left but connection lines appears on the left beam ,right beam is fine ,the stair i make i wanted flight ramp with armed concrete so i tried to use flight beam profile and i gave a

 

width to it ,anything i do wrong ! please let me know
