Been trying to figure this out but can't so far. How do I get rid of this gap here? It appears between ever point / node when drawing and modeling the railing.
Super basic fence with the Railing tool. Model View Options is set to full.

Try replacing those 1/4" x 8" balusters by inner posts set as None with fixed 8" separation between them and panels with 1/4" thickness. Also set segment pattern as fixed (or equally distribute (Max Length) of 8" as you need).
