I'm trying to do a reflective ceiling plan on ArchiCAD 10. I know that you used to be able to do this on 7 by right clicking then pressing display.
Any clues how you do it on AC10?

I have it drawn on the floor plan and can leave out layers to show what is needed....However how do I transfer this to the Navigator and then onto a Master document like any other floor...? in AC 10

Save your view to the View Map, with appropriate Layer Combo, Model View Options, scale etc, then place the view on the layout. (It's a good idea to save your MVO as well, as Mike suggested, rather than have it as a "Custom" configuration).
This is a standard way of organising things. How are you doing it if not like this?

I think I've done everything properly and show the Floor Plan Cut Plane, View Settings, and Model View Options. Can anyone see what I'm doing wrong?
This floor goes from 0-12 ft. I'm telling it to cut it at 9 feet and look up. The toilet is definitely sitting on the floor - so I don't understand why it's showing up in this view.

I did that, but it seemed with that option in the Model View Option (Ceiling Plan) that maybe it would look up.
Thanks again.

mc0m wrote:The RCP Model View Option is just a way of making a combination of drawing options,, like overhead linetype instead of cut, fills/no fills, etc, that's suitable. What is seen is determined by the layer combination.

If you are comfortable with GDL, you can revise the GDL script with a global variable condition to turn the object off if the model view is set to "Ceiling Plan" for instance.
I believe someone in another thread listed the code for doing this.
