Reshape - Resizing - Doesn't work if text is grouped?

I find this odd that if "text" are grouped, when trying to resize under the "Reshape" pull-down, that the text does not want to size up?

Why is that? Why must I "ungroup" text for it to be able to be resized?

You don't have to Upgroup.
You just have to use the "Edit\Grouping\Suspend Groups" command for the time you edit the Text Block.

From the Manual:
"Resizing does not affect grouped elements.
To resize grouped elements, ungroup them
first or chose Suspend Groups."

go figure.
that's kinda bass-akward though.
if you grab "Select ALL" and everything gets selected, all layer on, all layers UNLOCKED....then "ALL" should be scaled up or down as the case may be....not that you have to UNGROUP or SUSPEND groups just to scale everything in the file....................sorry, but thats bass-akward.
