Resize without maintaining aspect ratio - free transform

Hi, Is there a way to transform freely, elements such as walls and lines, in plan view?

You can place a marquee and stretch the ends of multiple walls and lines all at once - just the nodes inside the marquee will move stretching the elements.
You can use an irregular shape marquee - it doesn't have to be square.

If you are trying to select all and use the resize tool then no, they will increase/decrease the same in both x and y.
It is not possible to stretch in one direction only with the resize tool.

Otherwise it is a case of stretching each element individually or in smaller groups.
