Roof Hatching not showing

Not sure is this happened to anyone before. When i applied different material to top and bottom of the roof (which have different fill) and generate elevation of that roof, it seem like picking up the bottom roof fill instead of the top roof fill (note, i'm sure my elevation marker is looking towards the top surface of the roof not the bottom of the roof). Anyone know why?

In the Model Effects section of the elevation settings there is an option to turn on/off vectorial hatching.
My guess it that this is turned off.

No, i check all that. its only happened when i apply different hatching to both side of roof. if i change in all to the same hatch, it will show in elevation. is really weird
