It could be a renovation filter hiding the roof.

Are you sure all renovation status are set to show and not hide?
If that is the case and you have turned all layers on, then maybe the wall is cropped to the roof.
If that is the case it is permanent and you can delete the roof and the wall will stay cropped.
Trims and Solid Element Operations are not permanent and will disappear if the roof is deleted.
In the info box settings for the wall if it shows it is cropped, there may be no roof anymore.
I am not sure if Design Options will have any affect if the roof is in a hidden design option.

yeah I am sure about the renovation filter , and about the wall cropped option it show as you can see on screen shot

If the wall is 'cropped', then the roof can be deleted and the wall will remain cropped.
This appears to be your situation.
Likewise there will be no live association between the wall and the roof cropping it.
A 'crop' is fixed, unlike a trim to roof which is live.
Click the arrow next to where it says 'wall cropped' and the should be an option to un-crop the wall.
Then you can 'connect' the wall to another roof, and the association will be live (or use Solid Element Operation).
