Roof won't repair itself when skylight erased.

Hi Forumites,
I have placed a series of skylights in shallow pitched roof (1/4"-1'-0") and decided that they needed to be reconsidered. When I erased the skylight I fully expected the roof to heal itself. It did not.

The roof is a thin (1/2") ArchiCAD roof with a Cadimage steel deck over it. Any ideas on what the problem seems to be?

Thanks in advance.

I haven't seen the problem but you should still be able to delete the hole. Can you do that?

Thanks Brad,
I used the "add polygon" command from the pet palette and the hole was fixed but I still don't know why it wouldn't repair after deleting the skylight. Any other thoughts out there?

My guess is that the CadImage add-on has altered the roof's functionality.
