Roofs and foundation not showing in 3D

Opened a file created in AC15 in AC16 and now in 3D the roof and the foundation will not show up in 3D unless you specifically select them.

Tried looking at layer settings, story settings, 3D view filters, 3D cutting planes- nothing changes.

What am I missing???

Ah- that worked! OK, maybe I need some more coffee. I just wasn't looking close enough.
