Rotating Light Axis.

You can use OBJECTiVE to do this (and it's free for educational use). Referring to the attached image:

• 1. Select the light to rotate and click the menu OBJECTiVE > Tools > Rotate. Then click two points to define the axis to rotate the light around.
  
  2. Click another point to define the rotation angle (or enter the angle using Tracker).
  
  3. The light, before and after.
