SEO is grayed out, can't select, no dialogue box

I'm still baffled. Why won't the dialogue box appear for me, but rather stays grayed out? I have same problem with other files, which suggests an "Unknown Setting" issue.


Subject line says it all: The Solid Element Operations is not working in a file in which I've been using SEO very successfully, and often. Have I inadvertently changed a setting somewhere?

Mystery as to no SEO dialogue box, no SEO function. Uninstalled AC and reinstalled, downloading updates, library, etc.

SEO works again.

The easiest way will be change the work environment profile to any different profile and change it back again, everything will back to normal. It happened to me when i swap from PC to MAC. Not sure why
