For some reason I cannot figure out, SEO is greyed out or unavailable. Am working in 3D window but cannot figure out what I did differently. Not even sure what I would look for. Any ideas?

Well that figures. After shutting down for the night and re-starting this morning, SEO works fine. Guess that might be a sign I need to do a computerwide purch and fix up.
