In Story Settings, do you use sea level zero and first floor +35765... or do you use first floor at zero and reference level 1 is -35765?
Out of curiosity!
I would always try to use 0.00 for the Ground Floor Level and use Reference Levels for anything else (like -105.00 for Reference Level 1 - in Hungary, we have to give real height values relative to the level of the Baltic Sea).
