Selection Marquee in 3D

Greetings, it seems that in my case, when using the 'show the Selection/Marquee in 3D' command, only the floor that I'm on appears in the view. Need help. Thanks.

Check your marquee settings under Filter and Cut Elements in 3D. Make sure you have infinite setting checked or if limited checked, that the stories you want are on.

Also make sure your marquee is bold with double line.
