Sharing favorites

Is there a way to have the same list of favorites along (let's say) 15 different machines running ArchiCAD and to maintain it upgraded if the CAD manager makes changes ?
It must be an EASY way, of course.

Here is how I was told to do it:
1. Goto the pulldown menu: Window>Floating Palettes>Show Favorites
2.There is a little arrow in the upper righthand corner of this palette. click the arrow and a few options will become available. Choose "Save Favorites"

Then on each persons computer go to the same place above, navigate to where you saved the favorites and "Load Favorties"

Hope this helps.

Yes, but this is the manual method. AFAIK the favorites are saved in each file and the only way to share it is like you say. But if you have several machines and you want to maintain synchronized the favorites of all the files in all the machines this is a hard work. So I'm asking if anybody knows an easier way to do it.

Thank you Robert for your help anyway.

If you DO end up doing things manually though, you could just have everybody update the Favorites off the network as the first order of business each day.

An idea... for a workaround... until the wish gets posted (if it truly is not currently possible)?
