You already can... the Rebuild settings are there.... I think I may have moved them further up in my Work Environment. I want to say they were all the way at the bottom by default.

Thanks so much. As it turns out, my Info Dialog box was not large enough to show that item, and I did not initially notice it listed in the Work Environment-Info Box-Section/Elevation Tool Settings. Maybe there should be a scroll bar or indicator within the Info Box that shows that there are additional settings available, but not shown on screen. Do you think I should remove this topic? Thanks again.
