Skewed roof

Zendrix

Hi all!

Say i have an existing old building in stone that has a kind of squared floorplan but its actually skewed (not orthogonal walls).

How would i go about making a proper roof of the existing situation?

The only solution i found was to make 2 different individual planes but i guess that wont work as a single roof entity and i might have further ahead for not having both connected and working as one?

See pictures attached please.

Cheers,

Rui

Hi Zendrix,

the Roof Tool can only triangulated planar parts. Better use the Shell Tool for this skewed roof:
