Anyone discovered an effective way to generate new holes in an existing slab other than using a zero-slope roof or flat shell instead? Creating a hole in an 'existing' slab the traditional way doesn't give me the ability to designate that hole as demolition. It's frustrating to be unable to convey demolition within an existing slab element without workarounds or having to have duplicates of the same element pinned to different renovation statuses.
