Stair in Landing

Hello,

I am having a difficult time trying to add a step in the landing as shown in the attachment. Does anyone have any ideas?

A landing has no treads/risers (well it has 1 only).
You want to add a winder with 2 treads.
So switch from landing to winder before you place the stair.

Or you can choose from the pet palette as you are drawing the stair.

I took a shot at this. Look at this screenshot. Before you start modeling the stair, make sure to set "Turning Type" to "Winder with Equal Angles", and set "Division Method" to "Fixed Number of Goings" and set their number to "2".

Then, when you start modeling the Stair, click for the first point of the Stair Reference Line, then press the "G" key to switch to the "Landing" segment option in the upper row of the Pet Palette. This will ensure that the first segment of the Stair will become a Landing segment.
I would suggest that you model the Stair in a way that the Reference Line is at the outside border of the Stair geometry because that way the Reference Line will not be on top of itself when you create the second Flight.

After you click to define the 2nd point of the Reference Line, press "G" 3 times to switch back to "Flight" segment type, then after you click to define the 3rd point of the Reference Line, press "G" twice to switch to "Winder with Equal Angles" segment type. Draw the boundary of the winder portion, then, after you click to define the 6th point of the Reference Line, press "G" again twice to again switch back to "Flight" segment type. Then click the 7th time, and finish the Stair Reference Line input.
