Stair tool bug?

I wonder if any one has noticed this. I open the stair tool, make a stair, decide not to close the tool by clicking cancel. I try to create a new stair, the tool won't fully open by going to the next level dialogue box where all the different stair shapes and ramps are.

Is this my bug, or AC bug?

That should read ".....open the stair tool, make a stair, then decide not to and close the tool by clicking.......

That should make more sense.

I guess you only get one attempt to get the stair right. I have to reopen AC to get another shot at the stair.
