How and where do I access stairmaker????

I know this is a basic question, but I can't find stairmaker anywhere in the interface.

Double-click on the Stair Tool, to open its Settings Menu. In the upper right, near the Preview window, is a small arrow on a square button. Click that. On its flyout, click "Create new stair"
