Student Seeking Help with Garage Door please...

Hi, i've selected this garage door but for some reason in elevation and 3D, it appears as a single flat panel. How do I adjust this?

It could possibly be Model View Option settings (level of detail).

But the hinged doors at the side look OK, so maybe not.

Or there could be an option in the object settings.

The elevation preview of the object looks OK which makes me think of MVO settings as well as these don't affect what you see in the preview.
