Tab Through Layer Combinations

Is there a way to tab up and down through the layer combinations without opening up the Layer Settings dialog box? In Vector Works you could use the arrow keys to tab through the layers which made it easy to check alignments of objects without having to go through the multiple clicks of open dialog boxes and turning clicking the eye ball and then closing the box?

you can toggle the layer combinations (as well as scale and display combinations) by using the drop-down menu at the bottom of the navigator.

For those of us with way too many layer combinations... that drop down menu stinks. Currently, you have to move your cursor to the bottom or top of the layer combination window to enable the scrolling feature...sometimes when you are nearing the bottom of the list, it will "jump" back to where you started from...and you must start the scroll over again...it can be a real pain...

That window should include a scroll slide.
