Inconsistent Wall Intersections – Same Walls, Different Behavior

Hi everyone,

I'm running into a strange wall intersection issue and hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I have three walls intersecting at two different locations:

  1. Wall A (Concrete): 0 cm to 13.5 cm high (thinner than the other two)

  2. Wall B (Plastic): 19 cm to 241 cm high

  3. Wall C (Drywall): 0 cm to 316 cm high

At one intersection, everything works as expected – the drywall stops cleanly at the plastic wall.

However, at the other intersection, the drywall ignores the plastic wall and continues through to connect with the Concrete wall instead.

Both intersections involve the exact same three wall types and heights, yet they behave completely differently.

What I've already checked:

  • All walls have the same renovation status.

  • Building Material Priorities are the same.

  • "Use legacy intersection method" is disabled.

  • All walls in the same layer.
  • Same reference lines positions

Has anyone seen this kind of inconsistent behavior? Are there specific settings or commands I should look at to force the drywall to consistently stop at the plastic wall?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
